Rick Williams, PG (President)
With a robust skill set built on 25 years of industrial mineral experience in the private and public sectors, Mr. Williams is a licensed Professional Geologist and expert in mineral prospecting, quality analysis of cement, aggregate and hardened concrete, mineral exploration & reserves, SEC Regulation S-K 1300, mine development, strategic mine planning, land management & real estate, royalty lease negotiations, resource management and post mine reclamation.
Rick began his career in industrials minerals with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) where he performed forensic analysis of aggregate, cement and hardened concrete before moving into the private sector for more than 20 years.
Over the course of his 20 year career in the industry, he has held management positions for some of the largest cement and aggregate mining operators in the country while managing 100’s of mineral investigation campaigns ranging from single property sand and gravel projects to billion dollar corporate acquisitions across the United States in varying geological environments.

Rick holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science Degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.
